Nuffield Health is a private nonprofit organization working in the healthcare sector of the United Kingdom. It is established in 1957 and known to be one of the largest non-profit healthcare provider units in the area. The head quarter of the group is in Epsom, United Kingdom and Steve Gray is the CEO of the group. The organization owns 300 facility units all across the region and operates hospitals, fitness gyms and corporate healthcare facilities. The entity has formed a partnership with a primary care provider unit called doctor care anywhere and allows patients to book virtual appointments irrespective of their physical presence anywhere in the World. Discussing the history of Nuffield health, the organization came into existence in 1957 as a charitable trust and operated nursing home in Bournemouth area of the country. Then, in 1970, it grew further and started operating 15 hospitals. In 1980, it turned into a trading charity from fundraising charity and in 2000; the healthcare organization began to invest in hospitals and gyms. Since then, it is growing continuously and expanded its operations all over the region i.e. the United Kingdom. The services provided by the entity include health assessment, occupational health management, general practitioner services, hospital treatment, prescriptions, emotional well-being, physiotherapy, fitness classes, personal trainers, and nutrition advice and health check-ups (Nuffield health, 2016).

• Equipment and machinery: Several equipment and machinery are required in the different facilities of the group which include high-tech machines at the gym, equipment for fitness, diagnostic machines at hospitals, weight machine, computer systems, injections etc. All these are tangible machines and equipment that are used in the treatment and fitness works. This data can be obtained by the previous reports and documents of the patient and if the patient has undergone medical treatment for the first time then the data can be obtained by the experts or doctors by analyzing and asking the symptoms and problem of the patient. Transformation Process

Transformation process includes various operational tasks, processes and strategies that are required to be worked upon the inputs so that expected output can be provided.
